What forms of payment to you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master card, Discover, and American Express), personal checks, money orders, travelers checks, and Pay Pal (www.PayPal.com).

How do I order by phone?
Simply give us a call at 1-888-577-2760.
Our customer service department handles calls Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, and Saturday & Sunday 12 noon-5pm Eastern Standard Time. Please note that we do have extended hours during peak seasons.

Returns and exchanges WILL NOT be accepted at this address without a Return Authorization number. To obtain an RA#, please email us at returns@FineTuxedos.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are often shipped the same day received, almost always by the next business day.
If it is imperative that your order be shipped the same day it was placed, please give us a call at 1-888-577-2760, and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Standard delivery time for your order can be between 1-7 days. Delivery time varies depending on your location within the United States. Express shipping options are available on checkout.

How are shipping charges calculated?
We make every effort to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. Orders are typically shipped via UPS or Federal Express.

Standard Ground: $6.95 for all orders under $75.00
$7.95 for all orders over $75.00
2nd Day Air: $15.00 for all orders under $75.00
$25.00 for all orders over $75.00
Next Day Air: $30.00 for all orders under $75.00
$45.00 for all orders over $75.00

Please note that we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico via UPS 2nd Day Air only. Shipping costs to these areas will be $45.00 on all orders. We ship to APO/FPO addresses via U.S. Priority Mail, which will incur an additional charge of $15.00 on all orders. For international orders please contact us at info@FineTuxedos.com.

What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of any unworn, unaltered garment with tags intact within 30 days of purchase. Shirts must be returned in original packaging material for a full refund. To avoid a 20% restocking fee, please return all merchandise in its original carton, including all packing materials.

Please note that returns WILL NOT be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
State sales tax will not be applied to your order unless you are a New York State resident, in which case local sales tax will be added.

Is my credit card information safe and secure during online transactions?
